Hi all you crafters
I decided today I would give you a glimpse on card making.
Here is the card stock I decided to use for my valentines day cards last year.I was lucky to find card stock with a valentine theme. The rest was all embellishments I added to make them look festive. As you can see ribbons, embossing folders and border sticker bring it all together. All they need is the main focal point.
Art is a way a person expresses their view of life. I am a creative person but my artistic ability comes in the form of creating memories.
My son on the other hand can capture the essence of a person in life itself. I am sharing his work because for many years I have been honored to appreciate it. I would like to give you the opportunity to do so too.
Thanks for visiting.
Todays card you are going to view is a card that represents friendship.
We all have many friends we spend time with and do things with,But there is probably maybe one or two that has always been there for you. The true friend, the friend that inspires you to be who you are ,the friend you know will drop what she is doing to help you,the friend who listens to your problems and gives you a hug and says everything is going to be OK. Many people don’t ever get the pleasure of this type of friend.I have been blessed with such a friend and this card is dedicated to her. So my words to you today if you have a friend like this take the time to call her send her a card or even flowers to let her know how much she is appreciated I did with this card. Thanks for visiting
The first drawing is mine I like to draw. I am never going to be a famous artist , But I still like it.
The second painting my son created.
I think that the talent of drawing is a gift. Yes practice makes perfect but I think some people are born with it. Nurturing your talent is the best way to master it.
Take time to find your inner artist.
